Delivery fees apply as follows, without exceptions:

  • School Uniform Orders Only: A flat delivery fee of $6.54 per order applies.
  • Name Tag Orders Only: Normal postage of $2.80 per order applies.
  • Primary and Secondary School Textbooks: A flat delivery fee of $11.99 per order applies.

⚠️ Important Notes:

Orders containing both uniforms and textbooks will be classified as textbook orders, and the delivery fee will be $11.99 per order without exception.

  • Customers who wish to avoid delivery fees have the following options:

    • Purchase uniforms in person at our showroom during school terms (excluding October – January) or at the school bookshop during school terms.

    • Purchase textbooks directly at the school bookshop during school terms, including annual year-end mass sales period (October – January).

  • There is no walk-in purchase option for textbooks at our showroom at any time.

  • Online ordering of textbooks for self-collection or home delivery is available only during the annual year-end mass sales period (October – January).

  • Customers must strictly adhere to the allocated date and time slot for textbook self-collection at their child’s school.
