Alternatively, you may bring your child—or a set of comfortable home clothes they currently wear—to our showroom to try on or compare against the samples on display.
If your required size is not available among our ready-made options, made-to-order sizes require 14 working days for production.

Note: Refunds will not be issued for errors resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
No, we are unable to provide deliveries to schools nor childcare centers. In the event that a school/childcare centre’s address is provided as the delivery address, we will attempt to contact the customer via phone call and email address to request for a valid residential/office address. If there is no response from the customer after 3 working days, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Delivery fees apply as follows, without exceptions:
- School Uniform Orders Only: A flat delivery fee of $6.54 per order applies.
- Name Tag Orders Only: Normal postage of $2.80 per order applies.
- Primary and Secondary School Textbooks: A flat delivery fee of $11.99 per order applies.

Orders containing both uniforms and textbooks will be classified as textbook orders, and the delivery fee will be $11.99 per order without exception.

There is no walk-in purchase option for textbooks at our showroom at any time.

Online ordering of textbooks for self-collection or home delivery is available only during the annual year-end mass sales period (October – January).

Customers must strictly adhere to the allocated date and time slot for textbook self-collection at their child’s school.
We regret to inform you that self-collection is not available. All orders placed online will be processed for home delivery only.

Uniform Exchange Policy
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Original Packaging: Uniforms must be returned in their original packaging.
-
Original Condition: Uniforms must be unstained, unaltered, and unwashed.
-
Note: Uniforms will be considered “washed” if they have been soaked in water, even without detergent.

Exchange Limit: Each order is eligible for one exchange only, for the same item in a different size, and must be within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
-
Product Exchanges: Exchanges for different products are strictly not permitted.
Failure to meet any of the above criteria will result in the exchange being rejected. No appeals will be entertained.
Textbook Exchange Policy
Approved exchanges are only permitted for items of the same or higher value. Textbook purchases are non-refundable, including orders placed in error.
Please note:

No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for titles from last year of uses titles.

Books with folded pages, damaged covers, or any writing (including names) will not be accepted for exchange.

Digitised Textbook / Ebook login details will be provided either in a sealed envelope or on a sticker inside the textbook. These items are non-exchangeable once opened.

Each order is eligible for one exchange only, which must be completed within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
After registering, please go to the “My Account” section and proceed to “Account Holder Info.”
Update your profile by entering your child’s details, including valid school information.
Don’t forget to click “Submit” to save the information.
Once completed, click on “Online Purchase” to view and purchase items relevant to your child’s school.
Self-collection is available only during the annual year-end mass sales period (typically November–December) and applies only to Primary and Secondary School uniforms and textbooks.

You must strictly follow the allocated date and time slot assigned for collection at your child’s school.

Online Purchase: Only credit/debit cards are accepted.

In-Store Purchase: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, PayNow, and PayLah.

Option 1: Walk-in Exchange
Visit our showroom and provide your order number. Please bring the completed exchange form with you.
Option 2: Exchange by Post
Please note that mailing fees are not reimbursed.
Asencio is not liable for parcels lost in transit when returned to us.
Asencio will not be held responsible for lost parcels sent via Normal Mail (i.e., without tracking).Include the duly completed exchange form inside your return parcel.
Upon receipt and inspection of the items, we will process the exchange and arrange for the replacement items to be couriered back to you.
Your order is only confirmed once full payment has been successfully received. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after.
Items will only be visible after your account is updated with valid school information. Please make sure your child’s details have been entered and saved correctly.

All deliveries are scheduled according to the courier’s route and availability.
Our courier partner will contact you on the day of delivery or the day before to provide an estimated delivery time. If you are unavailable, you may liaise directly with the courier to reschedule or provide alternative delivery instructions — strictly at your own risk.
