1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
    To place an Order, you must register with us by creating an Account on the Platform. You must only submit to us information which is accurate and true. You must also keep your information up to date by informing us of any changes, by using the relevant sections of the Platform. You shall not misuse the Platform by creating multiple user accounts.
  2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
    To submit an Order, you will be required to follow the online shopping process on the Platform. Please review and confirm your Order before making payment. Order will not be confirmed until payment go through validation checks and authorization by banks. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. After this, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email (double-check your spam/junk mail folder) which will act as an acknowledgment of your Order. By placing an Order with backorder items, you are aware that the full Order will only be shipped when the backorder items arrive. There is strictly no cancellation or amendment of orders.
  3. RETURN POLICY
    Once our products are sold, they are considered non-returnable. The only exceptions are:

    • If the item you receive is FAULTY i.e. manufacturer’s defect, please drop us an email and provide your Invoice number, your name, details of the Product and the reason for return with photo image attached, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will reply and advise you on the status of your request as soon as practicable. Items should be returned in original condition & packaging, unstained and unwashed.
    • If the item you receive is INCORRECT due to our packing error, please drop us an email and provide your Invoice number, your name and details of the Product. We will ship the correct item to you with a reply-paid envelope which you can drop at any SingPost mailbox.
  4. EXCHANGE POLICY FOR UNIFORM ITEMS ONLY
    Exchange due to cannot-fit reasons is allowed within 14 calendar days from receiving your order. Items should be in original condition & packaging, unstained and unwashed. No replacement will be made for defects caused by rough handling or normal wear and tear. Exchanges can only be done once per invoice. Asencio Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply. Please drop us an email and provide your Invoice number, your name, and details of the Exchange before you send out your parcel by registered mail.
  5. PRICING POLICY
    Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Platform are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the Order as cancelled and you will receive a full refund.Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST and are in Singapore Dollars. Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable; such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the ‘Grand Total’.We are under no obligation to fulfil your Order if the price listed on the Platform is incorrect (even after your Order has been acknowledged by us).

    Asencio Pte Ltd reserves the right to make changes to any published price of any product or item from time to time.

  6. DELIVERY
    Orders containing both backorders and in-stock products will be held until all backorder items have arrived, after which we will ship the order in full. For in-stock items, we aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery (residential address preferred) requested by you in your Order and the delivery time within 7 to 10 business days at the time of your successful order checkout.You will receive two notification emails – Shipping in Progress and Invoice (double check your spam/junk mail folder).Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address. If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within 3 delivery attempts to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery or collect the Product from the carrier, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us.
  7. PRIVACY POLICY
    ASENCIO PTE LTD takes its responsibilities in relation to protecting your Personal Data and compliance with Applicable Laws very seriously. We are committed t
